Acquired two separate office buildings located either side of the rail track next to Blackfriars Station.
Value was created by achieving major mixed-used planning gain and combining two sites of 600,000 sq ft to create a 1,400,000 sq ft scheme across 9 buildings providing residential towers up to 50 storeys, office buildings and a new retail quarter. The site was sold with planning permission and development agreements with the railways. The site is now being developed by Native Land as Bankside Yards.
