Nick brings over 30 years of family office, consultancy and corporate real estate experience. He was Head of UK and Germany during 17 years at Pembroke Real Estate and has transacted over £2 billion of assets across UK and Europe, permitted over 1 million sq ft, and repositioned, leased and managed over 2 million sq ft of prime commercial and residential space.
The fundamentals of quality, location and timing remain true within the office sector today, and we’re working with partners to optimise potential for greater returns in this dynamic market sector. We’re laser focused on asset management strategies to reposition underperforming commercial assets, prioritising quality of workspace and amenity offer, decarbonisation and energy optimisation, and solid occupier engagement to manage out risk and capture value.
Mark Harris
Managing Director - Living & Operational Real Estate
Mark brings over 30 years of private equity and development experience to his work at FORM RE. During his 13 years at The Carlyle Group, he was an MD and Head of UK and Ireland, responsible for all aspects of the UK portfolio for the European Real Estate Funds. He transacted over £3 billion of assets and leased and managed over 3 million sq ft of commercial and living space.
We are seeing strong, continued momentum in the Living sector, and we work with our partners to capitalise on the supply demand imbalance for high quality, modern and well-managed accommodation in key UK and European cities. Our expertise is in sourcing and developing individual opportunities, and establishing operational performance to position assets for robust returns, particularly in the student accommodation space.
