Created a flexible office platform with a partner in Central London which was branded Uncommon.  An owner occupier model where we acquired 4 London office buildings in Borough, Liverpool Street, Fulham and Highbury.  

The assets were repositioned to provide flexible workspaces and operated as a successful flexible office business.
