On the site of the former Chelsea Art College, 17 super-prime residential apartments were developed with a JV partner. The 90,000 sq ft building was constructed around a central landscaped courtyard, creating high quality communal areas, including basement car parking and a residents gymnasium. Show apartments were dressed by leading interior designers.

The scheme achieved the highest values per sq ft in the Chelsea market at the time of sale.
