Worked with local planning authority and neighbouring landowners to deliver City Road Basin Masterplan, setting planning guidance for the redevelopment of 5 sites around the Basin and provision of public realm space.

Value created by achieving planning for a 307 residential apartment scheme including a 36-storey tower, 35% affordable housing and mixed-uses at ground level.

Sold the site with the benefit of planning and negotiated development agreements to a residential developer, which was later built and marketed as the Lexicon.
