A Joint Venture developed 2,200 units across 5 assets, diversely located in London so all universities and colleges were accessible.  All sites required various planning permissions in different boroughs and once achieved, new build developments were completed to a very high standard.  A new brand, Pure Student Living, and operational platform, was created to directly let the rooms to students and manage the business.

The platform was sold to Letter One for £535m creating superior returns for the investors.
